All of our kitchen products are finished with a Food-Safe mineral oil and beeswax blend we make ourselves and call Slab Salve. To best care for our products, you should hand wash them with soap and water and dry immediately after washing. When you notice that water no longer beads on the surface of the wood, you should reapply some of our Slab Salve. Keeping the wood conditioned helps to prevent food from sticking and keeps our products looking great!
